Do we need to choose products before asking for a quote?
No. Tell us who will use the items, the approximate quantity, your budget range and the date you need them. We can recommend a focused product shortlist and decoration options instead of sending you through an entire catalog.
How do you keep our brand consistent across orders?
Define approved products, garment colors, logo files, decoration methods and placements before production. Those details give repeat orders a starting point. If a product changes or becomes unavailable, substitutions should be reviewed before ordering.
Can employees or multiple locations order from one company store?
A Merch Hub can organize approved products for recurring employee, department or location orders. We define who orders, who pays, what they can choose and how fulfillment works before confirming the program.
What affects the price and delivery date?
Product choice, quantity, decoration, artwork preparation, packaging and delivery all affect the quote. Timing also depends on stock and proof approval. Share your required delivery date at the start so feasibility can be checked before you commit.
What does the $2K Merch Launch include?
A qualifying opening merchandise order of $2,000 or more can include the defined initial Merch Hub setup. Eligibility, included features and ongoing responsibilities are confirmed in the written quote. Advanced integrations, custom workflows, dedicated inventory and complex reporting are scoped separately.
