Tell us how you want your agency represented, who may communicate with your client, and whether you need neutral or branded packing. We confirm the agreed communication, confidentiality and packing requirements before work starts.
Yes. Start with one scoped order or launch. Review product choices, artwork, quantities, production, packing and destinations before deciding how a recurring program should work.
The quote separates the agreed products and decoration from setup, storage where needed, picking, packing and shipping. Samples, custom packaging, integrations and additional support are scoped when required. Confirm the costs before setting your client price.
Inventory ownership, stock commitments, reorder responsibility, returns and customer support must be assigned in the program scope. Share your existing workflow so we can agree where LS Custom fits.
Nationwide programs can be coordinated remotely from our Houston-area team. Share delivery destinations and launch dates so production and shipping requirements can be reviewed.
Timing depends on product availability, approved artwork, quantities and the fulfillment plan. We confirm the schedule in your written quote; do not announce a delivery promise until the production and shipping plan is agreed.
Start with one project
One client project is enough to start the conversation. Tell us what your agency wants to own and where you need production or fulfillment support.
Share your company, approximate quantity and timing. We’ll review fit and prepare the next steps. Project pricing and delivery commitments are confirmed in your quote.
