Website information and quotes
Website content is general information. Product availability, decoration feasibility, minimums, pricing and schedules vary. A website estimate or example is not a binding offer. Your written LS Custom quote, proof, invoice or order agreement controls the final project scope.
Artwork and content
You are responsible for having permission to use the names, trademarks, logos, images and other content you submit. By providing materials, you authorize LS Custom to use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote and complete your requested project.
Proofs and production
Review spelling, colors, placement, quantities and proof details before approval. Production timing begins after required approvals, product availability and payment requirements in the written quote are satisfied. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.
Promotional offers
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, limits and exclusions. Website-with-merch eligibility and final website scope are confirmed in the written merchandise quote. Promotional terms do not replace order-specific terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. LS Custom website design, copy, graphics and branding are owned by LS Custom or used with permission. Customer-owned trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.
