10 questions

Campaign resources: FEC advertising guidance · Texas Ethics Commission

Do you work with candidates for judge and other elected offices?

Yes. LS Custom helps judicial, local, state and federal campaign teams plan branded apparel and merchandise. Tell us the office, jurisdiction, authorized buyer and required arrival date.

Who approves political advertising disclaimers?

Your campaign treasurer or legal reviewer supplies and approves required wording. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, office and item. We reproduce approved artwork; we do not determine campaign-law compliance.

Can you meet a rally or election-related deadline?

Share the date merchandise must arrive, not only the election date. We check stock, artwork approval, production and transit before confirming the order. Rush availability is project-specific.

Can we reorder after volunteer numbers change?

Yes, subject to stock and capacity. Keep approved artwork and styles consistent, then provide the updated size breakdown. Smaller reorders may have different pricing.

Can you supply union-made or USA-made products?

Tell us before product selection if either is required. The exact garment, decoration and sourcing requirements must be checked and confirmed in writing; we do not assume an item qualifies.

Can supporters buy through a campaign store?

We can discuss merchandise ordering. Supporter payments, contribution rules, reporting and disclaimers must first be approved by your campaign and supported by the chosen platform. A standard merchandise portal is not automatically a compliant fundraising system.

Can orders ship to several campaign offices?

Split delivery and packing by location can be quoted. Supply the quantity, destination, contact and required arrival date for each office.

What should our campaign send for a quote?

Send approved logo art, product preferences, quantities and sizes, event date, ZIP code and the authorized approval contact. Flag any required sourcing or disclaimer wording before production.

What affects minimum quantities and pricing?

The garment or product, order quantity, decoration, personalization, packing and delivery all affect your quote. Tell us your budget and deadline so we can compare suitable options. Minimums and timing are confirmed for your specific order.

Can you help local and nationwide organizations?

Yes. LS Custom serves Katy, Cypress and West Houston and ships nationwide. Include your delivery ZIP codes, number of locations and required arrival date so we can plan shipping and any split deliveries.
