Is LS Custom an awarded Humble ISD vendor?

Yes. Humble ISD’s May 13, 2026 award notice names our company as one of the awarded suppliers under RFP 2026-106C Addendum 1, Awards, Custom and Promotional Items. The award term runs from May 12, 2026 through June 30, 2028.

Can another school district use this contract?

Eligible active Central Texas Purchasing Alliance (CTPA) member districts may adopt an active contract awarded by another active member district. Adoption requires purchasing review and agreement between the adopting district and vendor. It is not automatic approval for every Texas district.

What merchandise is covered?

The solicitation combines custom apparel and accessories with awards and promotional items. Coverage is limited to the original solicitation, our awarded response and applicable contract terms. Share your item list so we can confirm fit before quoting under this contract.

Do we need a purchase order before production?

Yes. Humble ISD’s award notice requires a duly executed purchase order before work begins. Other districts must complete their own purchasing requirements. A quote or the contract award alone is not authorization to begin production.

Is this a statewide license or exclusive contract?

No. This is a Humble ISD purchasing award to one of multiple suppliers. CTPA provides a contract adoption process for eligible member districts; it does not issue this award or make LS Custom an exclusive supplier.

What happens after June 30, 2028?

The award notice says we must respond to the relevant new solicitation to be considered for a new term. The date shown here is the awarded term, not a promise of automatic renewal.

Official guidance: CTPA vendor information · Contract adoption requirements. Final purchasing decisions and approvals rest with the purchasing district.
