Ordering questions

Can LS Custom help us raise money with merchandise?

We can design and produce merchandise and scope a store or preorder workflow. Fundraising results depend on your selling price, costs and actual demand. We do not guarantee sales, donations or net proceeds.

How do we estimate what is left for our program?

Start with sales collected, then subtract garment and decoration costs, design and setup fees, store and payment fees, shipping, packing, refunds and other applicable costs. A written quote helps your team model the project.

Can we collect preorders before production?

A preorder approach may help clarify quantities before production. We must first agree the order window, minimums, payment handling, production trigger, delivery expectations and what happens if minimums are not met.

Do you collect donations or automatically send proceeds to us?

Do not assume donation processing or automatic proceeds payouts are included. Merchandise checkout, payment ownership, fees and any settlement process must be confirmed in the store or project agreement.

Can you fulfill individual orders or deliver everything to us?

We can review both options. Share destinations, expected order volume, pickup preferences and packaging needs so fulfillment charges and responsibilities are included in the quote.

Can we make a fundraising collection without an existing design?

Yes. Bring the cause, audience, program name and approved wording. Our in-house designers can create a coordinated collection, with design scope, fees, revisions and approvals defined before work begins.

Can your in-house designers help us start?

Yes. Bring an idea, logo or theme. LS Custom can develop original merchandise artwork and product recommendations. Design scope, revisions and fees are confirmed in your quote.

Can we bring a proposal to our leadership or committee?

Yes. Share your budget, estimated quantities and review date. Ask for product recommendations, artwork scope and a cost breakdown your approvers can compare. Physical samples and any sample fees are confirmed separately.

Can we split the order by program or delivery point?

Provide each group’s quantities, sizes and destination during quoting. Packing, labeling, delivery costs and payment responsibility are confirmed before production; they are not automatically included.

How are price, minimums and timing confirmed?

Send your quantities, preferred products, decoration and the date items must arrive. The quote confirms minimums, design or setup fees, packing, delivery and a feasible schedule. An event date alone does not reserve stock or production time.

What happens if we need changes or a reorder?

Approve the final artwork, products and size list before production. Later changes can affect cost and timing. Reorders use prior details as a starting point, with current availability, pricing and any minimums reconfirmed.
