- Collect sponsor artwork. Confirm permission, spelling, placement and print colors. Ask sponsors to approve their own logo details before the league signs off.
- Set the actual handout date. Tell us when team managers need the order, not only the first game date. Availability and production timing must be confirmed before commitments are made.

Can every team have a different color?
Send a team-color matrix with estimated sizes and quantities. We will review available products and decoration options before the league approves a final combination.
Can you add player numbers and sponsor logos?
Personalization and sponsor placement can be reviewed for the selected garment. Supply a checked roster and authorized artwork; your proof and quote confirm what is included.
Can families buy spirit wear separately?
Ask about a separate bulk supporter order or a planned preorder program. Product selection, collection dates, payments and fulfillment responsibilities need to be agreed before launch.
What happens when players register late?
Keep a record of the approved garment, color and artwork. Reorder availability, minimums, pricing and timing are reconfirmed when additions are requested.
Are official Little League marks included?
No official affiliation or licensing is implied. Protected league and sponsor marks require appropriate authorization. Your league should confirm applicable uniform and logo requirements before approving artwork.
